our Agreement...
We always provide the prices that the companies that we represent provide to us. •• We will provide a CREDIT APPLICATION, this application will be reviewed by the credit department at each of the companies that we represent. They will determine the terms and conditions by which you will be able to purchase the products. If we carry inventory in our warehouse we make an invoice for Customs purposes, but the payments most be made directly to the company that sells the product. Refund Policy...Each company that we represent will review your case, and they will determine how and when the products can be returned and what charges will be applied. machine rentals...Scovill will send a contract for each machine that they rent. The contracts are for 1 (one) year period. If special prices are requested, the upper management will have to review the request and the machine approval process will done after the pricing approval has been confirmed. |
